User Agreement

This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to and use of devloprr.com and the devloprr application ("Platform"), operated by devloprr ("Devloprr", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to this Agreement and our applicable policies.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using devloprr, you agree to comply with this Agreement and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with these terms, you must stop using the Platform.

2. User Accounts

Certain features may require you to create an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity conducted through your account.

You agree to provide accurate information where information is required for use of the Platform.

3. User Content and Conduct

Users are solely responsible for content they create, upload, publish, or otherwise make available through devloprr.

You agree not to use devloprr to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation.
Publish unlawful, abusive, threatening, or harmful content.
Harass, threaten, intimidate, or harm another person.
Impersonate another person or entity.
Engage in fraudulent or deceptive activity.
Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or information.
Distribute spam or prohibited material.
Circumvent security, moderation, or enforcement measures.
Use the Platform for unlawful or abusive purposes.

4. Child Safety

Devloprr has zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

Any activity prohibited by the Devloprr Child Safety Standards is prohibited on the Platform.

5. Reporting and Moderation

Devloprr provides an in-app reporting mechanism through which users may report users or content that they believe violates our policies.

Devloprr may investigate reports and take appropriate action, including removing content, restricting accounts, suspending accounts, or terminating accounts.

We do not guarantee that every violation will be identified, prevented, detected, or removed immediately.

6. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your use of the Platform and for your conduct and content.

You are responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform and any content you submit complies with applicable laws and regulations.

Devloprr does not control or guarantee the conduct, statements, actions, or content of individual users.

7. User-Generated Content

Devloprr may allow users to create, upload, publish, or otherwise provide content.

Devloprr does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, legality, safety, reliability, or appropriateness of user-generated content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, users acknowledge that they access and rely upon user-generated content at their own risk.

8. No Guarantee of Platform Availability

We do not guarantee that the Platform will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, accurate, complete, or error-free.

The Platform may be modified, suspended, restricted, or discontinued at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, devloprr.com, devloprr, and their owners, operators, affiliates, employees, contractors, and service providers shall not be responsible or liable for the actions, conduct, content, statements, omissions, activities, or decisions of users or other third parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Devloprr shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or other damages, losses, claims, expenses, or liabilities arising from or relating to:

Use or inability to use the Platform.
User-generated content.
User conduct or misconduct.
Actions or omissions of other users.
Third-party conduct or services.
Unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
Security incidents or technical failures.
Service interruptions or unavailability.
Loss or corruption of data.
Reliance on information available through the Platform.
Any interaction, transaction, dispute, or relationship between users or between a user and a third party.

Users acknowledge that Devloprr is not a party to disputes, agreements, transactions, interactions, or other dealings between users or between users and third parties.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless devloprr, devloprr.com, and their owners, operators, affiliates, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from or relating to:

Your use of the Platform.

Your violation of this Agreement or applicable law.

Your content or conduct.

Your violation of another person's rights.

Your interactions or dealings with other users or third parties.

11. Suspension and Termination

Devloprr may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Platform when we reasonably believe that a user has violated this Agreement, our policies, applicable law, or created a risk to users, the Platform, or third parties.

We may take immediate action for serious violations.

12. Third-Party Services

The Platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites or services.

Devloprr does not control third-party services and, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, is not responsible for their content, availability, security, policies, actions, or services.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

13. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time.

Updated versions will be published on devloprr.com with a revised "Last updated" date.
